Luxury bath and kitchen showroom searching for a hard-working and committed individual for a full-time position as Warehouse Associate/Driver. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will assist in the efficient day to day operations of the warehouse and performing warehouse transfers.
Primary job responsibilities:
Dock work, verifying inbound receiving and unloading of trucks
Order picking/ loading
Perform warehouse transfers and pickups from suppliers
Re-stock and maintain orderliness of inventory
General warehouse duties such as Maintenance/Cleanliness, Safety, Organization
Set Up and installation of fixtures in Showroom
Perform customer deliveries from time to time
Other duties as required
Key skills required:
Physically capable of lifting 50-75 lbs. on a daily basis
Must have driven a cube truck; Must have valid G driver’s license
Reach truck experience
Attention to detail and being accountable
Organized and can work under pressure; ability to switch tasks on short notice
Comfortable with moderate level of customer service/interaction
Work with computerized warehouse inventory & receiving system; intermediate MS Office skills an asset
Able to work independently and carry out direction
Aptitude for receiving accuracy & standard practices
Handyman skills an Asset
Full time position 5 days per week. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $20.00 per hour
